Payment

  • All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars.

  • We accept the following forms of payment : Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.


 

Shipping

  • We ship our products using Canada Post and include a tracking number and insurance for all shipments.

  • Shipping is free within Canada.

  • For all Foreign orders (outside of Canada), we charge a flat rate fee of $29.00.

  • You can track your orders at www.canadapost.ca

Duties/Customs - International Orders
  • Depending upon where you live, your order may be subject to additional tax or import duties upon arriving to your native country. Recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes; this includes items that are bought by one individual, and then sent to another as a gift. The recipient will be charged any duties and taxes upon its arrival.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your RedBox Pens purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Send an email to returns@redboxpens.com and we'll forward you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box or envelope. Ship the product back to us and we will process your return promptly. Make sure to include the following information:

  • Your first and last name​

  • Date of purchase

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in  your account.
